The Boutique At Poppys Return Policy
(In Boutique Purchasing)
Our policy lasts 7 days.
If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or credit note.
The Boutique At Poppys will only exchange an order for a different size, subject to availability. If size not available a credit note will be supplied.
We will not accept any non-faulty garment back for return or exchange that has been worn, is marked e.g. make up and/or where tags have been clearly removed.
If goods are received by you in a damaged or defective condition, as a customer you are entitled to terminate the contract with The Boutique At Poppys on notice and return the damaged/defective goods to us in their original condition and you will then be entitled to a full refund on the same debit/credit card originally used as payment, of the price which you have paid for the goods.
The Boutique At Poppys will re-credit the customer’s debit/card within 30 days of them being returned in person to The Boutique At Poppys.
IN STORE RETURNS
The Boutique At Poppys will sell goods which are neither damaged nor defective, that is, they will be of ‘satisfactory quality’ and ‘reasonably fit for the purpose’. We operate a stress free exchange policy, so if you need to exchange your products for a different size, or item is unsuitable, then just follow the steps below to receive a credit note.
To be eligible for a exchange or credit note your item must be unmarked, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging with all labels attached.
To complete your exchange we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Gift cards | Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
Our policy lasts 14 days.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused, unmarked and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels attached.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where no refunds are granted.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 28 days after purchase, delivery or you informing us of your intention to return it.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you need to exchange your item for a different size please send us an email at email@example.com or call 01642 899099 to confirm we have one in stock.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
